We Have A Pharmacist Prescriber

DMC are proud to introduce Rachael Cooke to the team (she's a little camera shy, so you will need to visit us to see what she looks like)

Rachael is a Clinical Pharmacist and Prescriber who has been with us since June 2023. She comes to the team with more than 25 years of hospital and community pharmacy experience

Rachael will work with patients and their Dr to manage their medicines, and ensure they are prescribed appropriate medications at suitable doses for their condition.

Talk to your regular GP or Nurse to discuss if meeting with the Pharmacist Prescriber would be helpful for you .

In her free time, Rachael enjoys gardening, cross stitch and learning to play golf
